Opening Hours - We are open every Saturday and Sunday from 10am - 5pm. We are also available for functions during the week, or weekend evenings.

Bookings-
Due to the size of the tea room we can not take bookings for more than 4 people. We do however have a large room upstairs that can be booked for 10 or more.
About us - In the rear courtyard of the Irish Design Shop lies The Rocks' best kept secret, "Tara Tea Rooms"; A traditional tea house, serving soul-warming snacks, imported Irish teas and coffees. In our 130 year old heritage listed building.
We specialise in "Devonshire tea" (scones and tea or coffee), and bake all our scones fresh on premises daily. Our scones are light and delicious and available in different flavours. They are served warm with real double thick cream and jams. They are perfect with a cup of Barrys Irish tea, served loose in a pot with a green tea cosy.

Where to find us - Tara tea rooms is located behind the Irish Design Shop at 33 George Street, The Rocks, in the middle of the world famous weekend "Rocks Markets".
